If you want to isolate your thigh muscle, this is the exercise that you will want to do. As you can see you really don't need a lot of equipment to work your thighs. For this ball exercise the ball will be used as a balance. With your arm extended and your leg off the ground, squat as far as you can go. Don't worry if you can't squat that far just go down as far as you can.
