If you are looking for a exercise that will knock 2 birds with one stone this is the workout for you. This exercise will be working two key areas of the body.
* Thighs *
* Abdominal *
For this exercise you will need to place the ball in between your legs while you are lying on the floor.
You will to have the ball firmly placed in between you legs. Bring the ball up towards your chest, when you reach the top you will want to squeeze and hold for 2 seconds.
Then you will release. This ball exercise should be done in 3 sets of 8. You will be surprised at all of the exercises that you can do with the exercise ball .
One thing that you can count on me about is bringing you many different ball exercises, so you will never get bored.
