If you are tired of all of that flab on your inner thighs this exercise will get rid of it quick! This is a very simple ball exercise that will give you great results. All you have to to for this ball exercise is to sit on top of the ball with your arms folded.
With the ball placed between your thighs squeeze your thighs together and hold for 2 seconds and then release. This ball exercise should be done in 3 sets of 10. If you get that burn in your inner thigh you know that you are doing this exercise correctly.
If you combine this ball exercise with the many others that I have on for you, your legs will be lean and strong. These exercises are great when you combine them with a good cardio workout.
