Have you been loosing weight for some time now and you just have a couple of more pounds that you would like to loose?
It always seems like those last few pounds can make or break you. Some people get so frustrated about loosing more weight that they sabotage everything that they have worked so hard for.
Changing your workout routine is the key to helping you get past your plateau. Also it could be something as simple as tweaking your diet a little bit to get you over the hump.
I'm a huge fan of keeping a weight loss journal with a list of my workout routines and diet.
You will be surprised at the things that you will find out if you keep a journal. It could be something as simple as modify certain things in your diet that you eat at certain times of the day.
So don't worry so much about getting over your weight loss plateau. Just remember all of the hard work that you have put into getting where you are.
Never let a bump in the road get you off course!
It just helps you focus more on where you can take your body physically and mentally. So be strong and you will get past your personal plateau.
