Have you ever wondered how you could have better control over your hunger? Don't worry because their are somethings that you can do to control your hunger.

One way to do this is by drinking plenty of cold water. Did you know that drinking just one full glass of cold water before each meal will greatly curb your hunger. So the next time that you are sitting at the dinner table don't forget to down a cup of water first.

You should realistically be drinking 7 to 8 glasses of water each day. Also you should never go more than 3 to 4 hours without eating something.

Have you ever noticed if you don't eat anything for a long period of time, how hungry you are when you actually eat something.

More ways to control your hunger

Avoid eating large meals!

If you start eating large meals your stomach expands and you have to eat another large meal just to FEEL full. This is how bad eating habits get started quick!
  
Try not to eat with "Big eaters"


Have you ever notice someone that usually never eats that much until he gets around other big eaters just to fit in with the crowd? It's just good to be yourself and stand away from the crowd.

Get away from the TV

If you love to watch TV that's fine. If you notice that is where you do most of your bad eating habits takes place, it's time to get off the couch an start moving around. This will get you in the action habit.
