If you thought loosing inches around your midsection would be hard, think again! Always remember that sugar is not your friend especially the processed sugars.
To really loose the belly fat around your mid-section you will need to combine your cardio workouts with exercises for your mid-section.
You will not be able to loose your midsection by just spot treatment, which is just working your abs and nothing else. Be sure to put into writing what size that you want your mid-section to be. If you have a 40 inch waist and you want to get down to a 32 inch mid-section put it in writing. Not only will you loose inches around your mid-section you will also loose inches and pounds over your entire body.
If you don't like sitting on the floor doing crunches, their are many other great exercises that you can do that will work your abs.
You will need to pay special attention to your diet. Your metabolism will have to be in fat burning mode for you to get that super flat mid-section.

It keeps you from eating so much.
* Mentally think about what you are putting in your body*
Do you really need that 2nd plate of food?
One great thing that you can do to help you loose your mid-section is to buy some pants that are too small for you. This will just give you extra incentive to loose that spare tire. You will have such a feeling of accomplishment when you are able to slide into those jeans that everyone said that you were crazy for buying, and that you will never be able to fit in them.
