Are you tired of the fat that you have accumulated around your midsection? This is something that can be fixed so don't worry. Loosing weight around your midsection has a lot to do with the food that you put in your mouth. I would have to say it's about 70% of what you are eating and 30% of exercise.
Things that you can do now!
- Eat plenty of fiber, because this will make you feel fuller longer.
- Cut back or eliminate the sugary drinks. (empty calories)
- Do plenty of cardio exercise.
- Eliminate the junk foods.
Ab specific exercises that you can do to loose inches from your waist
Butterfly Crunch
The butterfly crunch will specifically target your upper abdominal area. Having your legs in the butterfly position also gives your inner thighs a nice stretch. This exercise should be done in 3 sets of 8.
Seated twist
The seated twist crunch will work the sides oblique muscles. This group of muscles is often the most ignored muscles of the abdominal area. This workout will give your abs that long lean look that you want. These exercises should be done in 3 sets of 8.
The bicycle ab workout
This exercise is one of the best because it not only works your side obliques, it also works your upper and lower abs. I also call it your "all in one" ab workout. This exercise may take some time to get used to, but once you get the hang of it it's easy!
