If you are like most woman your wedding day will probably be one of the best days of your life. I don't think I have ever met a woman that was getting married that didn't put loosing weight a top priority when it comes to the big day. Ladies! One thing to remember is to give yourself plenty of time to reach your goals of fitting into that sexy wedding dress.
Things you will want to do before the big day comes
1. Drink plenty of water because this will not only keep your skin flawless for your wedding day, it will also keep you from eating to much before the big day.
2. Stay away from the sweets! They are not your friend and they don't want you to get into that dress. If you just have to have something sweet just eat plenty of fresh fruit instead.
3. Cut back on your meal portions. You can keep your metabolism in high gear by eating small meals throughout the day. Try to keep the snacking down to a minimum. Remember your goal is to get into that wedding dress! So every time you think of pigging out on pizza, think about how gorgeous wedding dress instead.
4. I know you didn't think I was finished yet! Their is no way around this, so you will need to exercise. Pick an exercise routine that you would like to do. I have plenty listed here on wanttobehealthy that will help you melt those pounds away to get you looking sexy before your wedding day.

Your wedding day is a day that you will never forget. So why not put forth a little effort to get your body fine before the big day. Your husbands mouth will water when he gets a look at you in that wedding dress. Your hard work paid off in more ways than one! He will be proud that he has married you.
