Tae Bo is a great workout if you want to loose pounds and inches quickly from your body. The Tae Bo exercise combines a lot of different high energy movements.

Their is plenty of martial arts moves that are associated with Tae Bo.

If you do his workouts correctly it is equivalent to running 3 to 4 miles! I still actually use some of his moves that I have learned from Tae Bo in my own personal fitness routines.
