A lot of people simply think that they don't have time to eat breakfast. Breakfast is very essential of you want to loose weight and keep it off.

Not only will eating breakfast give you that morning boost that you need, it will also keep your metabolism in high gear throughout the day.

Also try to stay away from all of the sugary drinks that people tend to drink in the morning such as coffee, hot chocolate, punch drinks......ect

Some people say they don't eat breakfast because they don't have time to cook anything. Keeping fruit within arms reach is a great alternative to cooking. It's quick, fast and very healthy for you if you are the type of person that is on the go.

I will list for you some must have breakfast foods that you can stock up on
  • Muffins
  • Eggs
  • Fresh fruit
  • 100%whole grain wheat bread
  • Granola bars
  • Oatmeal
  • Cereal high in fiber
  • Turkey bacon
  • Cottage cheese
  • Grits
  • Whole grain waffles

Make sure to avoid all of the sugar breakfast treats!
  • Donuts
  • Patries
If you eat these it will give you a sugar high, but you will soon crash and you will find yourself wanting to get that same rush. This will do nothing but have you turn into a sugar addict. We all know this is not good!

You will soon notice how you will begin to loose weight when you incorporate breakfast in your overall diet plans.
