Their are many reasons that a person should get regular exercise. I think that the main reason that people should exercise is for health reasons. Their are just so many reasons that you should get exercise . You will not only feel so much better, you will also look better also.
Some reasons why you should exercise
1. Ladies! Get that hour glass figure that you want.
2. Guys! Did you know most ladies love a toned man.
3. Fit into that great bathing suite that you like.
4. Show off your six pack on the beach this summer.
5. Greatly increase your self confidence!
6. Get off that blood pressure medication.
7. Be able to walk up a flight of stairs without getting winded.
8. Food will be your friend and not your enemy.
9. You will have more energy to play with the kids.
10. You will stop getting all of the strange looks from being overweight.
11. People will notice you that could have cared less about you before.
12. It has been proven that if you are of a normal weight you are more likely to get a promotion at you job. I don't think this is right, but that the way things are these days?
As you can see their are many reasons why you should exercise and keep the weight off. Find a picture of someone who you would like to have a body like. This will keep you motivated. Make exercise a part of your daily life and it will reward you with many years of great health.
