Does the thought of losing weight got you down?

Sometimes we as people can be very emotional eaters. Have you ever jumped on the scale only to find out that you have gained more weight than the last time that you got on the scale?
If you are not careful this could drive you to even eating more unhealthy food and gaining  more weight. That's just human nature, and that is also the main reason that I'm so against weighting yourself often especially if you are trying to loose weight.

Don't ever let your current weight get you down and depressed!

You have to constantly remind yourself this is just your current weight situation and that it's going to change. All of my hard work  and dedication that I'm going to put in to get all of this weight off.

The best way to combat the weight loss blues
  1.  Get some sunshine, if it's a pretty day get out and enjoy it. Find an activity that you are passionate about outdoors an just do it! 
  2. Don't get down about your weight, do something about it. Exercise is a great way to pick you up and have you feeling great about yourself.
  3. Join a weight loss club, they are a great way to meet like minded people that are going through what you are going through.
    If you stay focused on your goals to loose the weight and do the little things that it takes to get the weight off, you won't have the time to be depressed about the weight. It's best not to even get on the scale the first few weeks. Just try to go by how much better your clothes are fitting and by how you feel, this is all that matters anyway.

    So take being down about you weight out of you vocabulary!
