You may have a lot of questions when you are thinking about diet and weight loss plans. One of the questions that you may have is when are the best times to eat to loose weight? This is a great question to have, and their are so many answers but you have to set a that will work best for you.

I think that you should always eat a good breakfast because it's in my opinion the most important meal of the day that you can eat. Without breakfast you would be dragging all morning and your energy level will be very low.


A majority of your eating should be done in the daytime. The reason for this is because you are most likely to be more active in the daytime. This is when you are most likely burn the most calories.

The absolute worst time to eat a large meal is at night because this is where most people are inactive. So don't fall into this trap, a good rule of thumb is to not eat anything after 8pm at night. Some people may of may not agree.

If you are going to eat late make sure that it's a very light snack. One thing about eating late at night is that's when most people tend to eat all the junk food that will get them in trouble.
