Did you know that one of the quickest ways to drop pounds is to eat fruit? This is something that works very well you are trying to loose weight fast. Instead of eating a highly saturated fat breakfast of bacon and eggs, just replace it with fresh fruit. Not only will you start to increase your metabolism, but you will have much more energy than you had before. Do you think this is something that you could start doing today? What I try to do is to start my day off with eating fresh fruit throughout the day.
By eating this way you will notice that you will never get hungry! You can eat pretty much whatever you want for dinner. You will burn calories 24/7, it's an eating plan that is very easy to follow due to the amount of fruit that you have to choose from. My personal favorites are bananas, grapes, oranges and mangoes.
This eating plan can easily have you drop 3 to 10 pounds the first week. Don't worry about the adjustments, because it usually takes about 1 to 2 weeks for you to get used to eating fruit on a regular basis. Who wouldn't like a plan to where you can eat what you want at least one meal a day? I don't know about you but I would just go plain nuts if i wasn't able to eat one good hearty meal of whatever I wanted.
This is something that you can stick with and make it part of your daily life with just a little effort. Fruit is very low in calories and things will only get better when you add exercise into the equation. When you eat this way you will burn more calories than you take in which will cause you to loose weight.
