Guys, will loosing 5 pounds get you back into those old jeans that you can't just give up on? I will give you some tips on how you can get rid of the nagging 5 pounds in the quickest time possible. If you follow these easy steps, you should be able to loose those pounds in about 3 to 4 days.

During this short period of time do not eat any process sugar!

  • Or any unnatural sweets
 Snack every 2 to 3 hours to get your body in fat burning mode. Make sure that you are eating healthy snacks all day long. Notice that I said "snacks" if you have to sit down to eat it with a plate, it's not a snack!
The only way you will be able to loose the weight so quickly is to jump start your metabolism. Eating this way will do the trick!

Make sure that you don't drink too much water. Only drink enough to keep yourself hydrated, because drinking too much water will cause you to hold on to the water. You will not loose the weight by holding on to water. Take small sips of water throughout the day. That's the reason why professional boxers are so light at their weigh-ins.

I know you didn't think I was going to leave exercise out did you?Now it's time to start thinking about how you are going to burn those calories quickly. Running is a good way, but if you are unable to run you should get some exercise DVD. Their are many to choose from.
