Their is a very serious problem with obesity. Do you think that you may be obese? If you need to loose in excess of 100 pounds then you are overweight. You really need to make some life changing decisions, so that you can get on track and start loosing weight. In my opinion the best way to loose this kind of weight is slowly over time, because if you loose it this way you will most likely be able to keep it off long term. I myself was close over 100 pounds overweight so I know what you are going through. These are the same tips that I used to get rid of all that weight.

You first need to ask yourself, why do I want to loose weight? It could be for many different reasons
  •  Tired of being looked down upon because of my weight
  • To attract that future special spouse
  • Tired of just dragging around not having energy
  • Poor sex life
  • Want to have more self esteem
Their may be many more reasons if you sit down an analyze the situation

You must dig deep and find your motivation because this will be keys to success if you pass or fail in your goal to loose over 100 pounds. Without being properly motivated you will most likely not reach your goals of loosing all of the weight. my personal motivation for loosing weight was my own personal weight scale, but not the way that you are thinking.

I jumped on the scale one day and when I got off it said "285" it was a digital scale. The scale actually got stuck and couldn't be cleared. This is what motivated me because I weighed so much that the scale broke. True story! I kept the broken down scale as a reminded. Guess what?It still doesn't work.

That was my motivating factor!  What is yours? Always keep your goals written down an view them daily an never let anyone or anything get in your way.

Always remember that the only one that can stop you from reaching your goal of 100 pounds is you.
