If you are trying to loose weight the best way to do so is by working out the entire body. When you work on certain parts of the body which I like to call "spot treatment" it will take so long to see the benefits. Think about this for a minute, if you were trying to get a six pack from doing only ab exercises you would be in trouble. You must combine the ab routines with plenty of cardio to get the to get the full effect.

Doing these types of exercises will greatly help you burn more calories quicker. Some of these exercises that I listed above are well known exercises that you can realistically burn between 300 to 700 calories per hour, depending on your level of intensity. Keep in mind if you want to get serious results, you have to really put forth the effort it takes to get those top results. You will be amazed at whet the human body is capable of when you push it to the limit.


You will get more out of your workout if you work your full body in a shorter time span, say 35 to 45 minutes than if you were to work certain parts of your body at a longer time span.
