Do you know what is the main reason that keeps people overweight? It's motivation! I can't tell you all of the times that people have told me that they finally have lost some weight, but they were having a hard time because they just wasn't motivated to keep it off. Everyone has different reasons why they wanted to loose the weight in the first place. Why not use these same reasons to keep the weight off? It always baffles me to see people work so hard to reach their targeted weight loss goals only to give up because of the lack of motivation.

Their may be a lot of outside influences that effect your motivation. Believe me, if you dig deep enough you will be able to find your motivation. If your motivation is to get that six pack stomach, you know you can't get this by eating unhealthy fried food. Did you know that 95% of the people who go on fad diets gain all the weight back and sometimes end up fatter than when they started ? The main reason was because of lack of motivation. 

It can be very hard to keep the weight off if you don't have a blueprint for success.

  2. Health reasons.
  3. Increase self confidence. 
  4. Be able to play with your kids.
  5. Be able to see your feet from a standing position. (This one was personal for me)
  6. Clothes to fit better.
  7. Attract the opposite sex.
  8. Get more sex!
  9. Be able to walk around with your shirt off.
  10. Be able to wear clothes that you haven't wore in years.
