Answer

The answer to this question could be different for every individual. You just have to find your own personal motivation. These are just a fraction of things that can get you motivated.

First of all I would like to tell you about the foods that you shouldn't eat. Try to stay away from processed foods like potato chips, cookies and pizza........ect These kinds of foods are loaded with saturated fats and additives. If you are going to eat these kinds of foods, don't do it too often. 3. What is one piece of exercise equipment that I can buy that is inexpensive and very effective?

I would have to say the exercise ball because you can purchase one for usually under 20 bucks and their are just so many exercises that you can do with them to help you loose weight and stay in shape. You can workout every inch of your body from your legs, arms, chest and you can target your abs which is a problem area for a lot of people.

This is a great question! It is always a good idea to consult in your physician for advice. You should be able to do light stretching exercises also walking. Make sure it is OK to do so first!

It is much better if you loose weight in a slow manner because your body has time to adjust to the changes. Most people that loose weight in a fast manner tend to gain it back much quicker because they are only making temporary adjustments to their diet. You must have a long term approach to be successful in your weight loss goals.

Yes! It is possible to loose weight without exercise, but to do this you must have your diet in check. I can tell you from years of experience that your results will be much better if you combine a healthy diet with exercise. You will drastically cut down the time that it takes you to loose the weight.
