- 2 strips of turkey bacon
- 1 piece of whole wheat toast
- Small cup of 1% skim milk
- 1 orange
- 1 handful of grapes
- 1 large cup of water
- 1 low fat hot pocket
- 1 large cup of water
- 1 cup of raisins
- A handful of nuts
- 6 inch Subway sandwich
- Low fat chips
- 1 large cup of water
Eat this on day three
Breakfast
- 1 medium bowl of oatmeal
- 1 cup of raisins
- 1 glass of orange juice
- 1 cup of yogurt
- 1 apple
- 1 tuna fish sandwich
- 1 small bag of oven baked chips
- 1 large cup of water
- Small bowl of grapes
- 1 banana
- Homemade burger made with 90% lean beef, lettuce, tomatoes and light mayonnaise
- Oven baked fries
Eating healthy doesn't have to be hard at all. You may think that this is eating to much, but this is the way that you should train you body and mind to eat food. You can squeeze in you favorite treats every now and then, so you won't go totally crazy. Your body will continue to burn fat anyway because of you new eating style.
