You can do this quickly in as little as just 3 days. This can be done by eating everyday normal food, but the trick is that you are just changing the way that you eat food. That's the true key to boosting your metabolism! After this 3 day diet you will have more energy and feel better than you have felt in a while.

Eat this on day one

Breakfast
  • 1 small bowl of raisin brand cereal ( with 1% skim milk )
  • 1 medium size banana
Mid-morning snack
  • 1 granola bar
  • Pick a fruit of your choice
  • 1 large cup of water
Lunch
  • 1 grilled chicken breast
  • 2 cups of green beans
  • 1 slice of 100% whole wheat bread
  • 1 cup of water
Mid-afternoon snack
  • 1 can of tuna (use only low fat mayo )
  • Crackers
  • 1 glass of green tea
Dinner
  • 1 grilled fish fillet
  • 2 cups of brown rice
  • 2 cups of corn


Eat this on day two


Breakfast
  • 2 medium sized eggs
  • 2 strips of turkey bacon
  • 1 piece of whole wheat toast
  • Small cup of 1% skim milk
Mid-morning snack
  • 1 orange
  • 1 handful of grapes
  • 1 large cup of water
Lunch
  • 1 low fat hot pocket
  • 1 large cup of water
Mid-afternoon snack
  • 1 cup of raisins
  • A handful of nuts
Dinner
  • 6 inch Subway sandwich
  • Low fat chips
  • 1 large cup of water







Eat this on day three

Breakfast
  • 1 medium bowl of oatmeal
  • 1 cup of raisins
  • 1 glass of orange juice
Mid-morning snack
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 1 apple
Lunch
  • 1 tuna fish sandwich
  • 1 small bag of oven baked chips
  • 1 large cup of water
Mid-afternoon snack
  • Small bowl of grapes
  • 1 banana
Dinner
  • Homemade burger made with 90% lean beef, lettuce, tomatoes and light mayonnaise
  • Oven baked fries


Eating healthy doesn't have to be hard at all. You may think that this is eating to much, but  this is the way that you should train you body and mind to eat food. You can squeeze in you favorite treats every now and then, so you won't go totally crazy. Your body will continue to burn fat anyway because of you new eating style.
