1. Cut back on the sugary drinks - Sugar does nothing but nothing but put fat on your belly and also your entire body. Try to limit these type of drinks to one a day. 2. Lower your consumption of red meat - Have you ever noticed how sluggish you feel after eating a big steak? On average it takes about 3 to 5 days for your body to digest that one steak! 3.Change the way you eat your food - Loosing belly fat is all about increasing your metabolism. You can do this by eating small amounts of food every 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Your body will not go into starvation mode and hold on to fat. If you do this you will find yourself actually eating more than you were before. This will also be habit forming just like cutting back on the sugar.

4. Eliminate bad habits! ( Smoking and drinking ) - Have you ever heard of anyone losing belly fat while they were smoking and drinking? These are nasty habits that will actually make you gain weight. One thing for sure is that it will be hard as hell if you continue to do these things.




5. Don't forget about the cardio -  Make sure that you are doing plenty of cardio exercises, because this will help burn those thin layers of fat that sits on top of your stomach muscles. Their is no such thing as spot treatment for your stomach that will actually work! So don't forget to add plenty of cardio to your workouts.

6. Do ab specific exercise - To loose that belly you must also do exercises that are specifically for your core. Start doing these exercise if you want to reduce your waste size.
7. Set your goals and stick with them - This is the only way that you are going to be successful in getting rid of all that belly fat. If your goal is to loose 3 inches from your waistline, put it in writing! Your success rate will significantly increase when you do this. Don't forget to set a realistic time frame for you to reach your goals. Also remember that the only person that can stop you from reaching that goal is you!

8. Don't get down on yourself - Everyone knows that it is human nature for us to want to give up on our goals, but this is not an option for you! This should be your mindset from day one. Remember that you didn't get this way overnight, so it will take sometime for you to reach your goal and that is to loose that stubborn belly fat.
