How to increase your muscle size fast

To greatly increase your muscle size you will want too.....
  • Increase the weight that you are lifting
  • Add more reps to your workouts
Keep in mind that your muscles will not grow if you continue to use the same weight! If you continue to lift the same weight  and the same reps you are guaranteed to get the same results.

Things that you will need
  1. A log book ( To track your progress )
  2. Realistic goal that you can reach
  3. Motivation and determination
Your log book is very will come in very handy, because it is essential to be able to keep track of your weekly gains. You should try to shoot for gains in the 5% range each week. If you are benching say..... 200 pounds one week your goal the next following week should be 210 pounds.

Small gains will lead to big results!

Each week you will begin to notice your physical muscle gains. Make sure that you are getting the proper amount of protein in your diet. Protein will help repair and aid in your muscle growth.

Feed your muscles through the day by eating 5 to 6 small meals every 3 hours.

Other important things to remember
  • Get at least 2 days rest every week
  • Cut back on the cardio training 
  • Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily
  • Cut back on your sugar intake
  • Stay away from those steroids!
Make sure that you keep some fat in your diet because it's also essential to muscle growth. Building up you muscles is an ongoing process that shouldn't be rushed.

Stay focused, work out hard and mainly don't give up!
