Each week you will begin to notice your physical muscle gains. Make sure that you are getting the proper amount of protein in your diet. Protein will help repair and aid in your muscle growth.
Feed your muscles through the day by eating 5 to 6 small meals every 3 hours.
Other important things to remember
- Get at least 2 days rest every week
- Cut back on the cardio training
- Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily
- Cut back on your sugar intake
- Stay away from those steroids!
Stay focused, work out hard and mainly don't give up!
