Working out on an empty stomach is a good thing to do if you want to burn fat faster, so the answer is yes! It also depends on what you are trying to achieve and your fitness goals.
If you want to gain muscle mass this is probably wouldn't be a good idea, because you will be burning too much muscle. Now on the other hand, if you are really trying to burn some serious fat. I would implement this into your daily workout routine.
Remember
Just because you are working out on a empty stomach doesn't mean that you don't have to keep your body hydrated. So make sure that you keep yourself hydrated. So make sure that you are drinking plenty of water or better yet a good sports drink. Sports drinks are much better for you than water if you are working out on an empty stomach.

- Pace yourself!
- Drink plenty of fluid
- Listen to your body
- Over due your workouts
- Max weight lift
- Drink too much fluid ( Cramps )
