Should I work out on a empty stomach?

Working out on an empty stomach is a good thing to do if you want to burn fat faster, so the answer is yes!  It also depends on what you are trying to achieve and your fitness goals.

If you want to gain muscle mass this is probably wouldn't be a good idea, because you will be burning too much muscle. Now on the other hand, if you are really trying to burn some serious fat. I would implement this into your daily workout routine.

Remember

Just because you are working out on a empty stomach doesn't mean that you don't have to keep your body hydrated. So make sure that you keep yourself hydrated. So make sure that you are drinking plenty of water or better yet a good sports drink. Sports drinks are much better for you than water if you are working out on an empty stomach.

Most people like fast results when it comes to loosing weight. Is this something that you think you can do to burn more fat? If you start jogging on an empty stomach every time you run you can easily loose 5 pounds in a week with no problem.
