3 ways to increase your metabolism

We all would like to increase our metabolism right now! Their are some key things that you can do now to speed up your metabolism so you can lose weight. Some of us know what we need to do, but just don't do it. Their are plenty of us that simply just don't know were to start. I will point you in the right direction that will not only boost the way your body burns fat, but also you will be burning fat while you sleep!



Eat small meals - Every 2 to 3 hours. This will cause your body to burn excess fat. This may take some time to get used to, but it will be like second nature after about a week. This will keep your body from going into starvation mode, which is the main cause of weight gain.

Increase your physical activity - Find something that you like to do physically. You are much more likely to stick with an activity that you like to do. Make sure that you change up your routine frequently to keep you from getting bored. Whatever you do, try to challenge yourself!

Get your rest - Make sure that you get a t least 6 to 8 hours of sleep every day. When your body is well rested, you will most likely make better conscious decisions on your diet and exercise routines. You should make getting your rest one of your top priorities for increasing your metabolism.
