All the people are living in the stress world. They have to fix time to do all work. Many have no time even to eat. They are skipping their breakfast. Because of such activities they are gaining weight. Not only late night eating also makes them to gain weight. Eating outside junk foods and sitting in front of computers without movement are also the things that make them to gain weight. Fatty substances that are absorbed in their body should be burnt and calories should be maintained properly.
For this they can take more vegetables in the form of salads and fruits as such or in the form of juices. Green tea is one of the best drinks for fat burning. Vitamin-C also helps for weight loss. It may be taken from citrus fruits and gooseberries. By reducing weight one can improve his appearance, health and even self confidence. He can prevent diseases like Diabetes, Heart disease, High Blood Pressure, Stroke, Osteoarthritis and even certain types of cancer. Some people to avoid the wastage of excess food will eat it and it is not good for health. All of them should know the calories of the food they need and should practice their mind to order `enough`. Many people on hearing the words of the neighbors and friends or by watching media programs and without a dietician consultation undergo diet restriction. Without knowing whether their body accepts this type of diet control they use to avoid most of the food items and may fall ill. So before being in diet or after being in diet control if their body does not co-operate or if any change in their metabolic activities they should stop being in diet and must consult a physician immediately.
Many people are health conscious. Everyone should think about physical fitness which is a part of our life. It cannot be achieved only by diet control but also by taking nutritious food, exercise and enough rest. Some people cannot go for Gym for physical fitness. They can do simple exercises at home and go for a 20 minutes walk daily. There are hundreds of weight loss supplements but among them only some may give remarkable benefits and others may be harmful. Children should be motivated to stay active from their childhood itself. We should encourage them to go out and play outdoor games like football, cricket, hockey, tennis and so on.
Nowadays kids like to play only computer games which make them lazy and will get them stress mind with no mind relaxation. Some may avoid sleeping which may spoil their health. Yoga is the best one to be practiced by everyone because it not only provides mental relaxation but also helps the body to overcome various diseases. Yoga can be considered as the sum of all activities such as mental, verbal and physical. From ancient time onwards yoga is used for relaxation, exercise and healing. Many other practices also help in weight loss and make the body fit but we must make sure that any such practice does not make us unfit.
