Just because you may be obese doesn't mean that you are doomed to having a large waist line for the rest of your life. The only thing you need is a plan that will help you decrease your waist size, so you can increase your energy levels so you can get on with your life.

- Start drinking more water! This will not only help you flush out your system, it's great for increasing your metabolism.
- No fried foods! Fried foods are just loaded with trans-fats that will just clog up your arteries over time.
- If you don't exercise, make sure that you start. No one is saying that you have to go out and run 50 miles. Start working out at your own pace, you can simply start off by walking.

If your refrigerator an pantry are full of junk foods...... get rid of them! As long as it's around you, it will be eaten. Replace the junk foods with some healthier choices. Eating healthy will take some time getting used too, but this is something that you must do when you are obese. Gastric bypass surgery should be the last resort. Try to loose the weight on your own, and it's much more rewarding when you do it this way. You will learn things about yourself that YOU didn't even know!
