Patrick...."what can I do to burn stomach fat?" This is one of the most popular questions that I get asked!
Most people don't really like my answers because they know that it will require a change in their lifestyle. If it were that easy everyone would have flat abs.
I'm here to tell you that you don't have to make huge drastic changes to burn stomach fat. It's better if you make small changes everyday to your current lifestyle. This is were your will power steps in...how bad do you really want to lose fat?
Exercise has a lot to do with stomach loss, but it all boils down to what you are putting in your body. Eating healthy is a must if you want to burn stomach fat.
Some people tell me that they simply don't have the time to eat the right foods? If you truly want to make a change...you can do this! Most of us don't really like change, but this change will benefit you in more ways than you can imagine.
When you start to lose fat around your mid-section your clothes fit better... you have better posture and you even walk with your head held high!
It can do wonders for your self esteem. You will have a certain swagger about yourself. All of this because you finally made that change for the better. Even if you are overweight or obese you can start taking steps now.
So what....if you are not able to do much or any of the ab exercises that I have on this site for you to burn stomach fat. You will be surprised at how doing something as simple as walking can do for your stomach loss and your self esteem. You have plenty of time to work your way up to do different exercises.

The key to getting flat abs is to start and remain consistent. If you do these 2 things everything else will fall in place. You will feel more confident in yourself as time goes on. Man...you will look back and say...why didn't I do this a long time ago?
