Loosing 10 pounds in 2 weeks is not as hard as you think

Loosing 10 pounds in 2 weeks is something that is very possible. What is the reason that you are trying to loose 10 pounds? Are you trying to fit back into your favorite pair of jeans that you used to wear? It really doesn’t matter the reason because I will give you some great tips to safely take off that 10 pounds and get you back into those jeans in 2 weeks or less!

The first thing you will want to do is to not intake any carbohydrates. It may be hard for you if you are a big carb fan, but this is a must if you want to loose the extra weight so quickly.

Steps to take

* Stay away from carbohydrates!

* Eat very small meals throughtout the day. Eat 5 to 6 meals a day, with total calories no more than 1,400.

* Get plenty of cardio work put in.

1. Treadmill running

2. Boxing workout.

3. Jumping rope.

4. Trail running.

5. Light weight lifting.
CAUTION! Heavy weights will bulk you up!

6. Drink plenty of water daily.

If you take these steps I have listed for you. You should have no problems loosing 10 pounds in 2 weeks and be able to fit into those clothes that you miss wearing. Why stop at just the 10 pounds, you want to make this a lifestyle change right?
